Jewellery, as an art form, has the power to create moods, provoke opinions and produce reactions.  This is the design philosophy that jewellery designer Anne-Rose Mordi follows in creating and developing her own unique collection of jewellery.

Anne is a self-taught Nigerian jewellery artisan and designer based in London. Her designs are heavily inspired by her extensive travels, her wealth of life experiences and spending time with people from different cultures.  Anne's inspirations and clever designs can be found in familiar and recognizable things; from the beauty of fresh flowers, her surroundings, love for fashion, nature's colours and shapes and the creativity and bold use of colours as seen in many parts of the world. With an intuitive eye for colour and design, my aim is to seamlessly capture and incorporate the African elegance with a western twist.

Anne Mordi launched her line of handmade jewellery (www.jewellerybyanne.com) in 2006. The collection features an endless variety of semi-precious stones such as Labradorite, Russian Amazonite, Moonstone, and Tiger's Eye, and varies from delicate to chunky pieces to reflect her clientele's taste, personality and characteristics.

Anne's  pieces are contemporary and fun, yet individual, unique and bold. Anne hand makes every piece using high quality semi precious stones, African beads and sterling silver wire, while offering professional craftsmanship. The simplicity, texture, balance and eye catching colour of Anne's jewellery makes it versatile and timeless.  Jewellery by Anne appeals across the generations and can be seen worn by celebrities and featured in numerous media, fashion magazines, blogs and journals. It is an eclectic collection of jewellery for the contemporary woman.
